Cancellation policy
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time are charged at the full session rate.
First-time courtesy: the first late cancellation in our working relationship is forgiven. After that, the policy applies to every subsequent late cancellation.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are never charged — please give as much notice as you reasonably can.
Payment terms
Invoices are due 15 days from issue date. Unpaid balances after that incur a $5/day late fee until the invoice is settled.
Late-fee accruals appear automatically on the next invoice. Reach out any time if a hardship comes up — we'll work something out before fees stack up.
